Creating a positive employee experience with equity and fairness is at the forefront of Trade’s mission at Capalino+Company. As Senior Vice President of People and Culture, Trade is responsible for developing and enforcing core People philosophies, policies and processes for the company including but not limited to compensation and benefits, workforce planning, organization structure and design, and employment practices.
Trade has shaped high-performing cultures as a Human Resources professional in both private and public sectors of business. Prior to joining Capalino+Company, Trade worked at Hetrick-Martin Institute where he provided leadership on all People related matters and served as strategic advisor to the CEO and Executive team. In the public sector, Trade worked at the NYC Department of Education as well as the NYC Campaign Finance Board.
Trade received two Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Stony Brook University. He is a trained martial artist, accomplished singer/writer, and currently resides in the Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan.
