Elina Lysenko joined Capalino+Company in 2015 and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Benefits Administration. She provides fiscal management oversight to the firm, in accordance with GAAP, and manages all things pertaining to benefits administration. Her responsibilities include tax preparation, reporting, internal/external audits, compliance audits, budgeting, contract negotiations, billing, organizational policies and strategies, onboarding/off-boarding, and insurance management.
Elina has over a decade of experience in providing professional services across a broad range of finance areas. She is fluent in a multitude of accounting, tax, and CRM software languages, which has allowed her to grow within the financial sector. Prior to joining Capalino+Company, Elina was a co-owner of an accounting/consulting firm, which provided a wide range of services. She has established a reputation for helping companies streamline their internal processes, building solid teams and aligning financial and business metrics to support business strategy and growth.
Elina earned her B.A. from Adelphi University and is currently pursuing her CMA certification. She is a registered tax preparer, a member of the AICPA, and AIPB. She is married to her husband of 14 years and together they have two beautiful daughters.
