Kristin Palmason Joins Capalino as Data & Compliance Manager

Kristin brings a breadth of experience to the role of Data & Compliance Manager at the firm. She began her career in New York City as a public finance paralegal at Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP, where she managed municipal bond closings for local and state issuers. She has extensive experience with contracts and data management and is skilled at streamlining processes. In her most recent role as a contractor at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, she performed initial due diligence and compliance reviews on potential grantees and administered a domestic portfolio of investments. A dedicated community member, Kristin has a long history of personal volunteerism and  is proud to join a company that values corporate responsibility.

Kristin earned a Master of Social Work degree from New York University and a B.A. in Psychology from Willamette University.
