Problem: The owner of a major bakery on the Upper East Side was having trouble securing its wastewater allowance which is offered by the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP).

Strategy: Capalino reviewed all the clients documentation, helped craft an appropriate case statement for the allowance and advocated, on the client’s behalf, before DEP.

Result: Capalino helped broker a satisfactory Regulatory Land Use Issues agreement with DEP to secure the waste water allowance and saved our Client significant amount of money.
