This transaction is valued in excess of six million dollars.
New York State serves more than 700,000 individuals each year and this lease enables them to increase services in the metropolitan area. The building, a 25,000 square foot property, leased at 8710 Fifth Avenue, will be used as a consultancy service center for South Beach Psychiatric Center, a division of OMH.
