Capalino involved with two of CityLand’s top 10 stories of 2012
CityLand, a website and newsletter run by New York Law School that covers land use in New York City, released its top ten stories for 2012. The list contained two rezonings in which Capalino played an important role: Chelsea Market and St. Vincent’s Hospital.
