Paul has over 25 years of real estate transactional experience, most recently within the Capital Markets Group at Savills as a Senior Managing Director and previously working at CBRE for 20 years, 14 years within the Investment Properties Group. Over his career, Paul has structured $30 billion of real estate transactions for a wide range of clients and across all product types, encompassing investment sales, joint ventures, equity placement, ground leases, and various monetization strategies. Brian is a policy expert with over 18 years’ experience in New York City zoning, affordable housing construction and economic development. He has experience running community-based planning processes and negotiating zoning changes with elected officials, community groups, and developers. Most recently, he has worked with investment professionals to finance over 51,000 units of affordable housing on behalf of the 5 New York City pension funds.
As Managing Director, Emil is responsible for helping clients navigate the regulatory environment to secure permits, licenses and approvals from City and State agencies to facilitate real estate development.
