Government Contracts + Procurement

 Services

Each year, New York City and State governments procure billions of dollars of goods and services from private companies and not-for-profit organizations.  However, the complexities and regulatory environments to secure government contracts in New York can be complex, confusing and time-consuming.

We formulate and implement successful business development strategies.

Capalino has successfully secured government contracts worth hundreds of millions of dollars for some of New York’s leading not-for-profit and for-profit organizations.

Utilizing a broad range of relationships with government decision-makers, a command of government processes and an expertise in identifying and communicating an organization’s value position, we formulate and implement successful business development strategies that enable clients to secure public sector funding.

Services

Government Procurement:  Utilizing our knowledge of the processes and the needs of various agencies, and our relationships with key decision-makers, our team will formulate and execute a customized strategy to secure government contracts.

Government RFP Responses: The City and State of New York issue dozens of Request for Proposals each week for a variety of goods, services and property disposition.  We work closely with our clients to craft effective RFP responses, prepare for interviews with the relevant agencies and negotiate a reasonable and valuable transaction.

Subsidies & Tax Incentives: To encourage economic development, the City and State of New York have a number of tax incentive and subsidy programs for business operation and real estate development.  We work with clients to help identify the various government programs applicable to their business and help advocate on their behalf before government agencies to secure the necessary approvals to utilize these incentives.
